Jennifer Nicole Lee Set to Release Her Third Book: The Fun Fit Foodie

JNL is planning to release her third hardcopy book this spring. Entitled the Fun Fit Foodie, it is going to take up the Foodie brand that she has already established on her video channel. These videos feature JNL preparing simple healthy mouthwatering meals.After the birth of her second child Jennifer Nicole Lee was two hundred pounds. Tired of a lifetime of struggling with her weight she finally decided to embrace a lifestyle of rigorous exercise and healthy eating. The result? In November of 2004 she was crowned Miss Bikini America and in 2006 at the age of 31 she was crowned the first ever Miss Muscle and Fitness and found herself the one of the most sought after fitness model in the world.

If you’ve not heard this story before you haven’t been paying attention.

Today JNL is a virtual force of nature in the fitness world, having graced the cover of ever major fitness magazine on the planet. Asian Pancakes, Curry in a Hurry, Shrimp Stir fry, and Sweet Potato Casserole (a Thanksgiving recipe she presented with her son Dylan). These are simple recipes, easily prepared, low in sodium but bursting with flavor that comes from fresh healthy ingredients.
