And inner beauty isn’t just something you’re blessed with. It comes with positive thinking, with humility, with a sense of grace and a belief in doing good!
Sure, talking about being a good person doesn’t seem like the clearest path to being a FITNESS MODEL, but believe me — all the best FITNESS MODELs I’ve met, all the people who have inspired me as much as I want to inspire you — they’ve all been wonderful, warm, beautiful people!
It’s about focusing on what kind if exercises you’re doing, not just blindly jumping into it, trying everything and not really finding anything that works. There’s no point in working out for a million hours a week when you don’t have to!
I’m always learning. Even though I’m teaching people, I never want to close my mind off to the possibilities that a new approach might offer.
In the same way, never think that once you’ve figured out a system that works for you, you’re done — your body will make sure you don’t get complacent, even if you want to!
Imagining how your life is going to be different when you get the body you’ve always dreamed of — this is going to make all the difference. You need to have your mind, body, and soul open to all the possibilities you can, and not be afraid to let your imagination run wild!
Energy comes from within, but it also comes from you being able to work out and boost your metabolism! You’ll find out that when you start exercising, eating, and living like a FITNESS MODEL, you’ll have more energy than you ever knew was possible!
Visualizing is the most powerful tool we have — if I hadn’t been able to visualize myself 70 pounds lighter, I never would have started out on the amazing road I’ve taken. Don’t forget that!
And finally, it’s all about Evolution, not just Resolution. You always need to be taking your fitness to the next level, to be moving beyond the old model of making promises to yourself that you never intended to keep, and instead pushing your fitness ever-forward.
